When calling our Careline, please ensure you have the following:

1. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which can be found on your Vehicle Registration Card or windscreen. Alternatively via your in-cabin Infotainment System (Settings > Vehicle > Service information) or Vehicle registration number
2. Your phone number
3. Exact GPS location

Your digital concierge for Roadside Assistance. A one-touch request connects you to our dedicated Care Team.

The Application can enable information such as your vehicle location and gives you the capability to live-track the recovery team until they arrive at your location (please note, this is only available in specific markets).




AN IN-CABIN BUTTON

An assistance request can be initiated by pressing the Optimised Range Rover Assistance button, located on the left side of your in-cabin overhead console. This will connect you directly to our dedicated Roadside Assistance Care Team, along with information such as vehicle location and health.
